About This Event
The Original Sewing & Quilt Expo is the Midwest's premier sewing and quilting event, celebrating 30 years of bringing together fabric enthusiasts, quilters, and sewers. This three-day expo features over 200 vendors selling fabric, notions, machines, and supplies, plus 100+ hands-on classes and workshops taught by industry experts. Attendees can explore multiple galleries showcasing art quilts and fashion garments, watch live demonstrations on two stages (Expo Stage and Poppie Cotton Stage), participate in runway shows including Fashion Friday and the Cosplay Contest, and give back through Sewing for a Cause activities supporting Quilts of Valor and Ryan's Case for Smiles. With major brands like Bernina, Baby Lock, JUKI, Handi Quilter, Janome, Pfaff, and Viking all in attendance, plus make-it-take-it projects, treasure hunts, and door prizes, this is a can't-miss event for anyone who loves to sew.
